Dani Brooks is an associate in the Corporate Department and a member of the Technology, Media & Telecommunications Group.

Dani earned her J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Center in 2021. While at Georgetown, Dani interned with the Legal Aid Society in its Queens Housing Law Practice; worked as a Honor Student Volunteer for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in its Enforcement Division, specifically the Office of the Whistleblower; and joined the Policy Clinic at the Harrison Institute for Public Law as a member of its Health and Food Team.

Prior to law school, Dani graduated summa cum laude from Vanderbilt University with a B.A. in Medicine, Health, and Society (MHS) and minors in both Corporate Strategy and Psychology. Dani received the Top Scholar Award for earning the highest GPA among all Class of 2018 MHS graduates.
